Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied if this petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to conduct themselves in accordance with law and by allowing the petitioner to avail his remedy before an appropriate Court. Mr. Adnan A. Karim, AAG who is present in some other cases waives notice of the present petition and goes through the same.
By consent the petition along with pending application is disposed of by directing the respondents to conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law. The petitioner, however, shall be at liberty to, if so advised, seek remedy before an appropriate forum.
