Learned counsel is absolutely clueless about the case that he wants to plead. He is unable to give us the barest information although he is seeking order for instituting criminal cases against the officials of Board of Revenue for usurping petitioner’s land. However, he is not able to tell us as to in what manner and how the purported land has allegedly been usurped. He is even unable to tell us petitioner’s entitlement to the land. The petition along with pending applications, in the circumstances, is dismissed in limine.
