1.       Urgency granted.

2.       Vide order dated 30.03.2012, protective bail was granted to the applicant upto 06.04.2012. The learned counsel moved this application on the ground that application for bail before arrest could not be filed in the trial Court for the reason that the learned Presiding Officer was on leave and besides above, all revenue authorities were also busy in emergency duties, therefore, surety was not arranged.

          Learned State counsel has no objection. This protective bail is extended for further period of seven days from today on the same terms.

          The application is disposed of.
