          All the applicants have applied for protective bail in Crime No.143/2011 of P.S Thull, District Jacobabad. Names of the applicants are mentioned in the F.I.R.

          Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants are ready  to surrender before the trial Court, but since their NBWs: have been issued, therefore, they apprehend their arrest.

          Without touching merits of the case, the applicants are granted protective bail for seven days from today, subject to executing P.R bonds each in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One hundred thousands), to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. In the meanwhile operation of NBWs issued against the applicants by the learned trial Court is suspended. This order shall cease to have effect on expiry of seven days or when the applicants surrender before the trial Court; whichever is earlier. The bail application stands disposed of.
