          Petitioner has filed this petition for seeking directions against respondent No. 1, to record statement of the petitioner and then register the F.I.R. The respondent No. 1 has filed his comments, in which it is stated that F.I.R of the petitioner will be registered, if and when he will approach and if any cognizable offence is made out.

          Learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 5 contends that petitioner has some dispute over a plot with respondents No.2 to 5. He further argued that no harassment has been caused by the said respondents to the petitioner.

          Since the respondent No. 1, in his statement has clearly stated that as and when petitioner will approach him, he will record his statement and if from his statement a cognizable offence is made out he will take action according to law, therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further and submits that he will approach respondent No.1 first for recording his statement. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
