          The petitioner has filed this petition with the prayer that the respondent No. 1 be directed to record statement of the petitioner and register F.I.R. To a query raised by this Court, whether any application under section 22-A & 22-B Cr.P.C was moved before the Justice of Peace, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no such application has been filed, however he intends to file such application before Justice of Peace. He further submits that in prayer clause-B, he requested that enquiry be conducted against respondent No. 1 and other police officials and legal action against them be taken. However, after arguing at some length learned counsel submits that he will be satisfied, if in view of contents of paragraph 2 of the petition, the SSP Kamber-Shahdadkot is directed to conduct enquiry. The learned Asst. A.G. has no objection.

          This petition is disposed of with the directions to S.S.P Kamber-Shahdadkot to conduct enquiry into the allegations raised by the petitioner in paragraph 2 of the petition and submit his report within fifteen days to the Additional Registrar of this Court, which may be taken up in chamber. However, on a result of enquiry any police official is found guilty, necessary action shall be taken against them by S.S.P, in accordance with law.
