            Respondent No2 to 9 are called absent though notice was issued. The respondent No.1 has filed statement in which he has stated that neither he conducted raid upon the petitioner nor harassed the petitioner nor intends to do so in future and if the petitioner required protection, same will be provided. Another SIP Imam Bux Lashari, has also filed his statement in which he has reported the same facts.

            This petition is disposed of with the direction that respondent No.1 and 10 shall ensure that no harassment shall be caused by the respondent No.2 to 9 to the petitioner and the respondents No. 1 and 10 shall also provide protection as and when petitioner will approach for the same copy of this order be transmitted to the respondent No. 10 for compliance.
