            Mr. Muhammad Saleem GN Jessar, advocate has filed vakalatnama for respondent No.5 and argued that the respondent No.5 has never caused any harassment to the petitioner and all the allegations against him are frivolous. The respondent No.3 has also filed his statement in which it is stated that according to the relevant record respondent No.5 lodged FIR No.45/2010 against the petitioner which has been disposed of under ‘C’ class.

            This constitution petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents No.2 to 8 to act strictly in accordance with law and not to cause harassment to the petitioner.
