2. Through this petition, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition and also an order for return of the amount of Rs.300,000/= purported to be deposited by him in compliance of order dated 07.10.2011.   Through the said order, the respondents were restrained from interfering in the petitioner user of certain hydrant subject to deposit of the aforesaid amount at certain rate.   

                        We would, therefore, dispose of this application by allowing withdrawal of the petition and directing Karachi Water & Sewerage Board to take accounts and furnish no objection to the Nazir of this Court for refund of such amount to the petitioner within 15 days from today. The Nazir on receipt of such no objection shall refund the amount to the petitioner, after due verification.

                        The petition, alongwith the pending applications, stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
