Revision Application is disposed of by directing the Banking Court-II at Karachi to dispose of the Criminal Complaint No. 41/2010 at the earliest and preferably within two months from the receipt of this order.    The parties shall,  in order to achieve the above,  fully cooperate with the Banking Court.
