                   The respondent No.1 has filed the comments, in which it is stated that neither he has harassed the petitioner, nor he intends to do so in future. Copy has been supplied to learned Counsel for the petitioner. This petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No.1 not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and act strictly in accordance with the law and in case the petitioner approaches him for protection, the protection shall be provided to him in accordance with the law by the respondent No.1.
