                   Both the petitioners by their freewill married on 01.3.2012.  Copy of Nikahnama is available as annexure “A”.  Today, the respondent No.1 has filed statement, in which it is stated that neither he has caused any harassment to the petitioners, nor he will do so in future and in case petitioners approached him and demand protection, the same will be provided to them in accordance with the law. 

                   This petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents No.1 and 2 to provide protection to the petitioners.  The respondents No.1 and 2 will also ensure that no harassment is caused to the petitioners by the private respondents.
