                   The respondent No.1 has filed the statement, in which he has stated that neither he has caused any harassment to the petitioner nor he will do so in future.  In paragraph 4 he has stated that if any incident has taken place, the petitioner may approach him and he will take action in accordance with the law.  Let the petitioner first approach the respondent No.1, who will record his statement and will further act in accordance with the law.

                   This petition is disposed of in the above terms.
