                        By this petition the petitioner has sought direction against respondents No.3 and 4 to arrest the absconding accused to face the trial. 

                        Learned State Counsel pointed out the statement of respondent No.3  who stated that one of the nominated accused Habibullah  has been arrested  and crime weapon has also been recovered from his possession.  Challan has been submitted in the Court and remaining nominated accused persons are  not traceable but efforts are under way. 

                        Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with this  statement.  This petition is disposed of accordingly.  However, respondent No.2 to 4 are directed to make best possible efforts  to arrest remaining absconding accused persons and produce them as soon as possible.
