                        Mr. Mubashir Ali Solangi  has filed vakalatnama for the respondents No.5 to 7, SDPO Ghulam Ali Leghari and SSP Kamber Shahdadkot  have also filed their statements.  Respondent No.2 in his comments clearly stated that  no harassment has been caused by him to the petitioner or his family members.  Similarly Mr.Mubashir Ali Solangi submitted that the petitioner is tenant of respondents NO.5 to 7 who are all real brothers and  on demand of legitimate rent of the rented premises the petitioner has filed this case.  However, he undertakes  that respondents No.5 to 7 will strictly act in accordance with the law and will not cause any harassment to the petitioner. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
