                   Statements are filed by respondents No.1, 2 & 3.  Same are taken on record.  Alleged detenue Muhammad Nawaz Dahani is present in Court and states that he was taken away by respondent No.1 on 28.12.2011 and was kept in illegal confinement till 08.1.2012, when he was released.  This is specifically denied by respondents No.1 & 2.  S.S.P., Larkana is directed to conduct an enquiry into the allegations and thereafter take action in accordance with the law.

                   This Constitutional Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
