            The applicant has moved this transfer application in which he stated that sessions case No.340/2010 State v. Liaquat Ali and others is pending in the court of learned 6^th Additional Sessions Judge, Larkana which is lying vacant, therefore, this transfer application has been moved.

             The learned State counsel waives notice and he has no objection if the case is transferred or assigned to any other Additional Sessions Judge. Learned State counsel  proposes that the matter may be transferred to Sessions Judge Larkana who may assign this case to any other Additional Sessions Judge. Order accordingly.

            Transfer application is disposed of along with listed application.
