3.         The applicant  has applied for protective bail in Crime No.32/2007 of P.S  Naudero for an offence U/S 302, 148, 149, 504, 337-H(2) PPC. 

                        Name of the applicant appears in the FIR. Learned counsel argued that the applicant is ready to surrender before the trial Court and apply for bail but his N.B.Ws have been issued  therefore, he apprehends his arrest.

                        Without touching merits of the case,  protective bail  is granted to the applicant  for seven days on his furnishing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.100,000/= to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.  This protective bail will remain in force for seven days or till the date when the applicant surrender   before the Court whichever is earlier.  In the meanwhile, the operation of the N.B.Ws issued against the applicant is suspended for seven days from today.

                        This bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
