2.         The applicant  has applied for protective bail in Crime No.15/2005 of P.S  ACE Larkana pending in the Court of Special Judge Anticorruption Larkana. 

                        Learned counsel argued that the applicant was regularly appearing in the trial Court but on one date due to unavoidable reason he could not appear therefore, vide case diary dated 09.02.2012, his bail bond was forfeited and notice was  issued to the surety.

                        Without touching merits of the case,  protective bail  is granted to the applicant  for five days on his furnishing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.100,000/= to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.  This protective bail will remain in force for five days or till the date when the applicant surrender   before the Court whichever is earlier.  In the meanwhile, the operation of the N.B.Ws issued against the applicant is suspended for five days from today.

                        This bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
