            Without touching merits of the bail application, protective bail for a period of five days is granted to the applicant upon his executing P.R bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- before the Additional Registrar of this Court and he is directed to surrender himself before the Anti Terrorism Court, Khairpur within the above stated period of five days. Till then operation of Non Bailable Warrants shall remain suspended.

            Criminal Bail application along with pending applications is disposed of.
