          In this constitutional petition prayer is made that respondent No.1 be directed to record statement of the petitioner and if a cognizable offence is made out, to register an F.I.R. There is no allegation against the police. The petitioner has full remedy before the Sessions Court under Section 22-A & 22-B Cr.P.C.

          Be that as it may, since no one is present for the petitioner. The petition is dismissed for non prosecution alongwith listed application.
