                        Statement of petitioner was recorded by Arsallah Khan Pathan, SHO P.S Lakhigate, the respondent No.3.  She has stated  in the statement that she has not been abducted  by any one and left house of her father on her own free will and married  to respondent No.2. 

            In view of such statement of the petitioner, learned State Counsel   states  that he has no objection if the FIR NO.01/2012 of Police Station Lakhigate  District Shikarpur  and consequential proceedings are quashed.   Order accordingly.

                        This petition is disposed of in the above terms.
