          Urgency application is granted.

          It is stated in the petition that petitioner is aggrieved by a brickklin which has recently been established closed to his house and in this regard he made an application to the Deputy Commissioner. Report was called from Mukhtiarkar and Mukhtiarkar on 07.08.2009, submitted report to the Deputy Commissioner and explained position and it was for the Deputy Commissioner to decide and pass appropriate order. 

          Let copy of this order be sent to the Deputy Commissioner, who is directed to consider complaint of the petitioner and thereafter make decision on it within period of three months. The Deputy Commissioner, shall hear all the concerned parties.

          The petition stands disposed of.
