2.         Through this application, applicant seeks transfer of criminal case No.297/2011 re: State v. Sikandar Ali and others culminating from crime No.40/2011 Police Station Madeji. It is, inter alia, contended that the Presiding Officer has expressed that he will acquit the accused, therefore, transfer application be considered. It is further contended that the order dated 14.11.2011 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Shikarpur is against the law and facts as he did not consider the important aspects of this case in its true perspective.

            Perusal of record reveals that transfer application is filed on vague and bald allegations which merits no consideration. In view of the above, instant application is dismissed.
