Mst. Zameeran alleged detainee is present.

            Detainee Mst. Zameeran daughter of Mahboob Ali has been produced by respondent No.4. On query, she stated that neither she was kept in wrongful confinement nor her movements were curtailed by respondent No.4 or anybody else. She further stated that neither petitioner is her husband nor she wants to go with him. She further stated that she is wedded wife of Masood Ahmed Abbasi and she wants to live with him.

            In view of above, instant petition is dismissed. Learned AAG is directed to make necessary arrangements for providing protection to the detainee up to place of her abode.
