                        A letter dated 02.12.2011 issued by the office of Assistant Director, Darul Aman has been placed on record which reflects that petitioner Mst. Shahzadi has been released  vide order dated 28.7.2011 passed by the IInd Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Kandhkot

                        None for the petitioner. Learned Add. A. G has filed statement on behalf of respondent No.6 which reveals that after usual investigation case/Crime No.139/2010 of P.S, A-Section Kandhkot has been disposed of as false/cancel class as the abductee did not support the version given in the FIR. In view of above this petition stands dismissed as the same has achieved its purpose.
