4.       The applicants present in Court have applied protective bail in Crime No.67/2011, of P.S Mahi Makol, District Kamber-Shahdadkot, lodged under section 506/2, 148, 149 P.P.C.

          The allegations against the present applicants in the F.I.R are that they pointed out their weapons on the complainant and warned him that  if he will meet on this way again, he will be killed. The learned counsel submits that all the applicants are ready to surrender before the trial Court, but they apprehend their arrest, therefore, this protective bail application has been filed.

          Without touching the merits of the case the applicants are granted protective bail for seven days subject to executing Personal Bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each, before the Additional Registrar of this Court. This protective bail order will remain in force only for seven days from today and or whenever the applicants surrender before trial Court, whichever will be earlier.

          This bail application stands disposed of.
