3.         Per learned counsel applicants are innocent and have nothing to do with the alleged occurrence but they have been falsely implicated by the police. He further contended that the applicants intend to approach the concerned Court but apprehending their imminent arrest, they have approached this Court for protective bail. Without touching the merits of the case, applicants are granted protective bail in Cr.No.126/2011 P.S. Sanghar  u/s 324, 353, 147, 148,149, PPC r/w section 6/7 Anti Terrorism Act for seven days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court, meanwhile operation of the NBWs issued against the applicants stands suspended.

The operation of this order shall cease to effect on 12.10.2011 or when the applicants appear before the trial Court, whichever is earlier.

            The Cr. Bail Application stands disposed of.
