            After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied and does not press instant petition if the directions are issued to the trial Court for early disposal of an application u/s 249-A Cr.P.C filed by the petitioner. He further submits that about three months back, the petitioner met an accident resultantly he received serious injuries, hence could not attend the trial Court, therefore, trial Court has issued NBWs against him and the petitioner apprehends his arrest, therefore, operation of the NBWs may be suspended. In view of above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith listed applications, however, learned trial Court is directed to decide application u/s 249-A Cr.P.C filed by the petitioner within two weeks under intimation to this Court. The operation of the NBWs issued against the petitioner is suspended. Let the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court with relevant record and the trial Court will consider his absence in the light of documents.
