            The petitioner claims to be son of Shafi Muhammad  Jokhio, who was serving as P.S.T in Education Department from 1957 to 1983. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s father died during service as such petitioner claims job in Education Department on Son/children quota.

Respondent No.4 has filed his comments. In para No.3 of the comments, it is categorically admitted that father of the petitioner has served as P.S.T in Education and Literacy Department Shaheed Benazirabad and he expired during service. Mr. Razi Khan Jamali E.D.O. Education Shaheed Benazirabad present in Court very candidly conceded the contents of the petition and further submitted that petitioner shall be appointed as Laboratory Assistant if he possess qualification of SSC part II in Science Group. Per petitioner he has passed Matriculation in Science group and HSC part II examination and also obtained certificate in teaching course from Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad. In view of above and dicta laid down by Division Bench of this Court in case of Shafqat Ali Vs. Government of Sindh thorugh Chief Secretary and 3 others (PLC 2010 (C.S) 536), we direct the respondents to issue appointment order for the post of Lab. Assistant to the petitioner within two weeks and submit compliance report.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms alongwith listed application.
