                        After the matter was argued at considerable length, learned counsel for the applicant stated that he will be satisfied if this bail application is disposed of by directing the trial Court to record evidence of witnesses and decide the matter before it within a period of three months. He further requests that trial Court be directed to first record statement of complainant and after complainant’s evidence is recorded, if the applicant deems it advisable, he be allowed to file fresh bail application. Order accordingly. This Crl. Bail Application is disposed of in the above terms.
