            With the consent of learned Addl. A.G. and learned counsel of the petitioners this constitutional petition is disposed of in the same terms as was C.P. No. 1051 of 2007 disposed of by a division bench of this Court at Karachi, vide order dated 04.05.2011, and as modified by the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide order dated 11.08.2011, in Civil Petition No. 594 -K of 2011. The period of two months shall be recurrent with effect from today.
