                        After arguing at some length, learned counsel states  that they would be satisfied  if this bail application is disposed of by directing the trial Court to dispose of the cases, as 13 persons   have lost their lives, four have been injured and two houses  have allegedly been burnt, on day to day basis, record the evidence of the witnesses and decide within a period of two months.   Learned State Counsel has no objection.   Order accordingly.  If, for some reasons, the case is not disposed of within two months the trial court is directed to submit a report to this Court  and the applicants   shall be at liberty to file fresh bail applications.
