                        Learned counsel states that he would press this bail application only on the statutory ground of delay in conclusion of trial.    He submits that the applicant was arrested on 13.09.2007 and inspite of  lapse of four years  the trial has not concluded  and the applicant is not responsible  for the delay in conclusion of the trial.  

                        Learned State Counsel  concedes  to such position and states  that he does not oppose  this bail application on statutory ground.

                        Consequently, this bail application is allowed.  Applicant is ordered to be released on bail upon his executing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.300,000/= with one surety in the like amount  to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
