            Petitioners are present in Court. Parents of petitioner No.1 are also present in Court. The petitioner states that she has not been abducted and had left her father’s house of her own free will and married the petitioner and wants to lead the happy life with petitioner No.2. Father and mother of the petitioner No.1 who are present in Court state that since the petitioner No.1 has married with petitioner No.2 and has made a statement in the Court they do not         want to press the FIR and the same may be quashed. Order accordingly. Police officers present in Court are directed to provide legal protection to the petitioners.

 This constitution petition is disposed of in the above terms.
