On 11.01.2011 notice was ordered to be issued through SHO PS Mubarakpur. On 23.2.2011 it was noticed that no report of service has been submitted by SHO PS Mubarakpur. Explanation was called. SHO submitted an explanation that he repeatedly went to the house of the respondents but could not trace them. It was ordered that notice be again issued. Today no report of compliance by SHO PS Mubarakpur has been submitted. SHO PS Mubarakpur is directed to be present in person on the next date.
