                   After arguing the matter at some length, learned Counsel submits that challan has been filed on 27.3.2011, under Section 364/34, PPC.  Learned Counsel concedes that Section 364/34, PPC does not constitute a scheduled offence.  He, therefore, states that he would not press for the time being this criminal revision application because he wants to avail his remedy before the Court in which the challan has been submitted.  Order accordingly.  This criminal revision application is disposed of.
