          Through this acquittal appeal, the appellant has impugned the judgment dated 11-04-2011 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Tando Adam in S.C No.176 of 2009, whereby respondents have been acquitted. Since the impugned judgment has been passed on 11-04-2011 and instant acquittal appeal has been filed on 12-09-2011 beyond the period of 30 days, which is hopelessly time barred.

          In view of above and the dicta laid down by this Court in 2005 Pakistan Current Criminal Rulings, 914, the instant criminal acquittal appeal is dismissed in limini along with listed applications.
