                        Co-accused Anwar alias Annu was granted bail vide order dated 20.10.2011 by this Court only on the statutory ground of delay in the trial as Anwar alias Annu was arrested on 13.09.2007 and more than two years had elapsed.  Learned counsel submits that present applicant  was arrested at the same time as Anwar alias Annu was arrested  and therefore is entitled  to bail on statutory ground.  Such position is not opposed by the State Counsel.

                        Consequently, this bail application is allowed.  Applicant is ordered to be released on bail upon  his executing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.300,000/=   with one surety  to the like amount  to the satisfaction of trial Court.
