            Statement has been filed by respondent No.1, which is taken on record.  In para 3 of his statement the respondent No.1 has stated that petitioner has not appeared at police station for registration of her F.I.R and in case she appears at police station, her statement will be recorded and if from her statement a cognizable offence is made out, action will be taken in accordance with law.

            In view of such statement the learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and seeks disposal of the petition in terms of the above statement. Order accordingly.
