                        It appears that on 28.10.2011 transfer application was allowed but inadvertently instead of Sessions Judge, Larkana, case was transferred to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dadu, though the case pertains to district Larkana.

                        In view of above,  listed application is allowed. Consequently, order dated 28.10.2011 is modified to the extent that instead of Sessions Judge, Dadu, the case arising out of FIR No. 54/2008 PS Areeja is transferred to the Court of Sessions Judge, Larkana.
