G very candidly concedes the claim of the petitioner and submits that grievance of the petitioner  will be redressed within two months subject to condition that petitioner will appear before the EDO along with required documents i.e. copy of record of rights and nomination deed etc. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and requests that petition be disposed of in terms of above statement.
