            At the very outset learned Asstt. A.G. states that grievance of the petitioner will be redressed within two months, if he appears before concerned revenue officer and makes such statement for transfer of plot in question in favor of Education department; and in that eventuality petitioner shall be appointed as Naib Qasid/Chowkidar.

            In view of the above statement, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and seeks disposal of the petition in terms of the above statement. Order accordingly.
