                        At the very out set Mr. Azizul Haq Solangi, learned Asstt. A. G submits that if the donor appears before Mukhtiar and get transferred his plot in favour of the education department and file his statement in respect of nominee; in that eventuality the grievance of one of the petitioner will be redressed within shortest possible time. In view of above statement learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and submitted that petition be disposed of in above terms. Order accordingly. It is hoped that this exercise shall be completed within two months.
