            Comments have already been filed on behalf of the respondents; after going through the comments learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will be satisfied, if the concerned S.S.P is directed to conduct enquiry into the allegations and do the needful in accordance with law. Learned State counsel does not object such request.

            In view of the above, this petition is disposed of in the following terms:

            “S.S.P Dadu, shall conduct enquiry in fair and impartial manner and if he comes to the conclusion that the allegations are true, then he will act in accordance with. This exercise shall be completed within a month, under compliance report.”
