            At the very outset learned Assistant Advocate General submits that the grievance of the petitioner will be redressed within shortest possible time, if the petitioner appears before the concerned E.D.O with relevant documents i.e. cop of record of rights, as well as affidavit of the donor etc.

            Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and very candidly conceded that the petitioner is willing to get transferred the plot in question in favor of the Education Department and he will also appear before the E.D.O alongwith the requisite documents.

            This exercise shall be completed within three weeks, under compliance report. The petition stands disposed of in above terms.
