            At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner states that all the detenues have been released by the official respondents. However, he submitted that number of false cases have been registered against the petitioner as well as his family members after 09.04.2011. The comments filed by the official respondents reveal that the F.I.Rs were registered before filing of the instant petition, even some F.I.Rs were registered on 08.04.2011. Be that as it may, in these proceedings such factual controversy cannot be resolved.

            In view of the above, this petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach proper forum for redressal of his grievance, if so advised.  However, the official respondents are directed to act in accordance with law and the petitioner or his family members shall not be harassed or intimidated in any manner.
