2.         Granted subject to all just exceptions.

3.         Per learned Counsel, Applicants are innocent and have nothing to do with the alleged incident. It is further contended that the Applicants intend to approach the concerned Court but apprehending their imminent arrest at the hands of police they have approach this Court for protective bail.

            Syed Meeral Shah learned D.P.G for the State did not oppose the application. 

            Without touching the merits of the case, Applicants Abdul Salam s/o Ali Bux Nizamani, Muhammad Saleh s/o Qadir Bux Shedi, Abdul Hameed s/o Abdul Qadir @ Allah Bachayo and Janib Ali s/o Imdad Ali are granted protective bail for seven days to enable them to approach the concerned Court, subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each and P.R Bond in the like amount to the Satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

            The operation of this order shall cease to have effect on 20.10.2011 or when the Applicants appear before the concerned Court whichever is earlier.

            Application stands disposed of in above terms.
