                         Detainees Thakro and Ranjeet have been produced by SHO P.S Sinjhoro. SHO states that the detainees have been recovered from the Otaq of Respondent No.1. Detainees Ranjeet and Thakro present in Court state that since three months, they were working at the lands and Otaq of Respondent No.1 but not a single penny has been paid to them.

                         Since the detainees are minor therefore, they are set at liberty to go with their mother Shrimati Soomri. However, Respondent No.1 Shafique Ahmed alias Ishaque present in Court undertakes to pay Rs.15000/- to the detainees as their salaries and in this respect he has paid Rs.9000/- to Shrimat Soomri, mother of the detainees, and further undertakes to pay remaining amount of Rs.6000/- on Monday.

                         In view of above, learned Counsel for Petitioner is satisfied and requests for disposal of the instant application in above terms. Order accordingly.
