                         Learned Additional A.G files counter affidavit on behalf of Respondents No.2, which is taken on record. 

At very outset Mr. Muhammad Usman Taluka Officer (Finance), TMA City Hyderabad states that he will release gratuity and pensionary benefits of petitioner No.3 Mst. Parveen wife of Iqbal Masih in next week, and petitioner No.1 will get the above benefits in second week, likewise petitioner No.4 in third week and Petitioner NO.2 in fourth week will get the above benefits.

                         In view of above, learned counsel is satisfied and requests for disposal of the petition in above terms. Order accordingly.
